How long does shipping take for a new Rattan Ebike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our ebikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive instruction manual in the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply. For defective items, please contact our support team for a warranty claim.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every Rattan Ebike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and main controller against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my ebike in the rain?
Rattan Ebikes are IP54 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water, as it may damage the electrical components.
