At Rattan Ebike, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery provided the bike is in its original condition and packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at support@rattanebike.com with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully pack the ebike in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the charger to prevent damage during transit; items not in original packaging may be subject to restocking fees.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the bike has less than 10 miles of usage and no signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
